Is There a 66 Book Canon in the Old Testament?

Protestant christians talk about like a 66 book canon between the old testament and the new testament. The formula of concord gets close as you'll get, by saying that we acknowledge the prophetic and apostolic scriptures of the old new Testament. But theoretically, we could over books that would meet the criteria for being in the scriptural canon.
