Mickleboro v. Southwest Terminal for Breach of Contract
Mickleboro spoke to actor on the phone about an offer to buy flax. Mickleboro said, okay, I'll text you a picture of the contract as usual. He asked him to confirm it as usual and Actors said he would. However, November rolled around and Actors did not indeed deliver that flax. So Southwest Terminal sued for breach of contract. Judge Timothy Keen ruled in favor of Mickleboro.
