The Metaphysical and the Metaphysical

There's some overlap between these different categories, so i took some liberties about how to structure these questions. So first let's talk about the metaphysical. The metaphysical basically means the like, the structure in physics of reality. Why is it the way it is and what really is reality? Another question is, which comes first? Consciousness or matter?
