What Does Freedom Mean?

Westminster confession says man, in his state of innocenc innocy, innocency, had freedom and power. Neither pre fallen nor post fallen agents can be said to have the power to will and do that which is good or evil if determinism is true. Calvinist don't deny that god ultimately determined adam's desires at the point of temptation to be what they are. And therefore compatiblism fails, according to the basic of this statement. The statement affirms man's freedom, defined, intuitively, i think, to be not determined by factors beyond the agent's control. That ultimately, i think,. brings us to the conclusion of that point.
