The Concept of Like an Operation on an Idea

There's different layers at the lowest level are presentational elements. Then there's even higher level kind of like idea semantic stuff like you could take an idea and map it to some examples of that idea or I take an argument and disagree with that argument or take a skeptical produce a skeptical take on it or something like that. These are all kind of operations like rewrites you can do. There's no real we don't have Like a really developed sense of what kinds of things you can apply to an idea to get to a conclusion, which seems like a shame. That's a very limited form of what an operation could possibly be.
