There's something called the bouncing barrier which is where they get sort of pebble sized and if they crash into each other high speed you know do they just break apart. together with the electrostatic forces basically charged forces that happens in space a bit as well. The smaller objects some of them are a bit like rubble piles we think they are less coagulated together so it varies depending on the size the object but certainly things like comets can be much more fragile than bigger ones.
