You should be focusing on the things that you can do today to improve your English or whatever skill you want to develop, cooking or any other skill. Not worrying about what might happen later. So don't worry about the results. Don't worry if you're going to get fluent or how fluent you will be and how great your writing will be. You should focus on the process, not the results. Can you do this? Actually, can you stop worrying about your future self and start focusing more on doing the work now? That's the question.
