Do You See a Backlash to the Hollywood Model Coming?

I see more and more people really building their skills on the p m. There's better sources for that than there are in the a m, ye, totally. Do you see a back lash to the hollywood model coming? I do. And i was thinking this morning, i wonder if a point of differentiation down the road will be a firm where everybody works in the office, totally.
