What if a Vtuber Wants to Quit?

There's been a lot of new yisanji vtubers who have quit for no reason like well i wonder if it's no reason or you know ndas have been signed. I'm really interested to see how the community in general will handle things because this hasn't happened yet. There's probably gonna be a messy breakup if you will at some point right oh i mean that has been in the past but i don't want to get into that.
