Just take every day at a time. Like you said, eat bread, eat toast and be a dear. Don't be disappointed in yourself because this is part of the process. You're probably always going to have moments like that. It's the water that we're swimming in. Do it until it's a habit. I think that's the best way. You just got to jump in feet first.
