NSAID Complications Are Dose Dependent
It all boils down to risk assessment when you're prescribing any drug including NSAIDs. Lower dose ibuprofen is going to be safer than higher dose napkin. Have a lot of respect for new hypertension in AKI as this gets you those weird diseases that you have Dr. Etchills and his colleagues to help us out with. The last thing that took me a while was an elevated craton doesn't automatically mean an admission.
