After the pandemic, we saw such a shortage of workers that workers really were in the driving seat in negotiations about where they wanted to work. Do you think that that dynamic has shifted back more in favor of the employer now again? Or how do you see those discussions when you're involved in them? Yeah, I would say it's shifting back slightly. No, let me tell you why I say that. Unemployment here in the US is a 3.5%. In most markets, it is at levels that are historically low.
