We are trying to provide data directly to the end user market. It's a much more difficult market to penetrate them as service providers. But people do switch and they switch for three reasons. One, the cost of the existing provider comes prohibitive or what they feel is they're not getting value for money. Two, the quality of the data has deteriorated over time because that particular database or data set that they take has not been maintained.
