How to Lose a Dream
If you have a small light, like a candle or something that you can focus your eyes on. Your brain then kind of finds itself awake in that space between dreaming and sleep in. That's kind of the gateway at least. There are other techniques too. Some work for some and some work for others. And they, know, probably, people can find ways of figuring it out themselves.
