Fashism was a kind of messy movement. Some people even dispute the fact that national socialism in germany and italian fachiism really should be lumped together. The crucial thing is, they don't favor class conflict. They don't favor the overthrow of the existing social structure by means of aggressive class conflict. Th on paper, they favor class collaboration. So both the italian faciist movement and nasi germany established labor fronts. Both of them are trying to find ways in which workers can be brought into the body politic.
