Learn how to develop healthy relationship patterns, become a healthy individual yourself and learn about what it means to be healthy. Eventually it will become much more attracted to healthy relationship dynamics and partners as opposed to being connected over this dance of dysfunction trying to alleviate the shame and guilt which ultimately leads to dissatisfied satisfaction.
