San Beikman-Fruid: What's Next?

San Beikman-Fruid will go to trial on those eight original charges which include the fraud charges, the core allegations of the case. The remaining five will be essentially kicked down the road till next year and potentially go to trial bed. But there's sort of a question mark around some other people who were central to FTX that haven't signed cooperation agreements like some of the executives have. So we're really keeping an eye out for that decision.
