Hay Crimes Aren't Filling That Gap
Robert bowers, the tree of life synagogue shooter in pittsburg, has been charged with federal hay crimes. We would call them fairly minor offences, o those of us who have been prosecutors and their so they are not crimes of violence. They sort of serve a slightly different role within our criminal justice scheme. But it is one option that is, that is, you know, a fruitful option and a good option that's being used. It just doesn't completely fall back out.
