Product Operations - How Did You Get Sucked Into Product Ops?

Last year the new dep of product challenged me to wut strip the product operations area. Before that, i was in product agement, promoting product adoption and doing that stuff that product managers do. It's really so rewarding to be directly impacting my customer's life. The p m team and the product stake holders, we are always solving their problems.
