With the dietary patterns that you've mentioned where we're saturated fat I mean one of the great things with focusing on dietary pattern is that it can get quite complex and technical if you're going to go away and count your energy from saturated fat. One of the benefits of focusing on a dietary pattern thinking about food groups is that naturally that will shift your saturated fat intake to a level that's below or at the recommendations to lower your risk of heart disease.
