Theropy and coaching are in very different stages of development as a field. When therapy was where coaching is now, there wasn't licensere or ethics board. And so it is much more like unregulated, and there's so much more diversity there. The relationship is not so sacred, but the information that's being transmitted is really what's more sacred.
