How to Start a Habit
If your life is totally out of order, start there. Just get some good habits under your belt. You don't have to have all of it in order. Once you've gotten a little bit of solid ground under your feet, then you can start to go towards purpose. It's okay to be doing purpose before you do habits, but I find that to be more challenging.
