Scalability in the CFD Protocol

Scalability is one of the interesting things to study in these consensus protocols. In crash fault tolerant space, people typically talk scalability up to five or seven nodes. The reason we stick to a fewer nodes in the CFD protocol is because there are other mechanisms that we use like sharding and stuff like that in order to achieve scalability in a data center setting.
