The Importance of Communication in Data Governance

I was always a proponent of communication and the importance of communication. I think you can communicate enough, especially when it comes to data governance. What change management does is to bring all these tools together and all these techniques of change management in such a way that they're easier to follow. So it's not really rocket science. It's something that is in training, I find. And intuitively, we know these things. But when we see them in a book or in a structure or in a visual, then we become a little bit more aware of them and then we do them more intentionally.
