The Ultimate Space Versus Earth Question

There are lessons to be learned in kind of the cold, unforgiving, vastness of space that have real application back down here on earth. The most important thing to remember is that we're all on this particular earth spaceship together. We need to bring as many of our fellow travellers along with us into the future as is humanly possible. Our chances of stumbling upon that one radio signal that proves that there is intelligent life out there in the universe are just vanishingly small. But you know, never tell me the odds, right? Some people are going to go out thereand and search anyway. And e, i hope they find something some day. I really do.
