Los Angeles Is a Magnet for the Homeless.
i understand that homeless people need a place to go. But if you're trying to run a business and you've got a situation where the sidewalk front of your store is filled with people that are literally shooting up heroine, it's bad for business. That's just logic. And then throw in the fact that they can break into your place or steal whatever they want, and the police won't get called. Why would you want to live there? i'm sorry to be so cold hearted about it, but something tells me that maybe you're lying to me."
