A begal rrummendation i have is respect othes times,. Not in the sense of respecting th times on, but the meetings we go through alor meetings. We tend to hate meetings because they tend to be a waste of time. Everyone misuses meetings to catch up on people or choke about things. And then restrict yourself to speaking about whatever is no the subject of meetin so everyone, at the end of the time slot, can close that connection and say, will actually wi it something
