Ruby Configuration Files

There are a number of places that can pull the Ruby version from, which may make it hard for you to identify which Ruby version is supposed to use. You could have one tool running one rooty version and then another tool running another because you haven't universally updated all of your options to the same version of Ruby. It's like, yeah, each one of these tools wants to be king of the world and go in your Ruby configuration. And then none of them do.
