Rwanda Not Enacted - Where Can People Go?
There aren't agreements currently with so-called safe third countries to remove people to, even when Rwanda is up and running. So I think that probably the most mainstream expectation is actually that a lot of these people just remain in the UK because there's nowhere for them to bring them over to. Madeline: It makes it harder to return people who would have been refused under the current system.
