Alex Castellanos: It's really hard to stab yourself when you're dead. If in fact she died or her heart stopped beating before the last of these 20 stabs, it would have been pretty obvious she was not fighting back. We knew she wasn't fighting back because she has no defensive wounds. You even leave the knife in her and that just speaks of so much rage to me.
