The Importance of Rest

Jill, I think the notion that you can have everything happen at the same time is unrealistic. So we just have to pre-decide in advance. What are we okay with not having? What are we saying no to so we can say yes to rest? Right. And in this season of our life, we're saying no to having as spotless a house as we would normally like. Yeah. That's messy.
