Building a Product That Is Both Trustworthy and Delightful
It's extremely hard to like build something that is both trustworthy, but also delightful. And I think it's really important to understand that there's a way to achieve that. It's basically a combination of something that is visceral and something that is behavioral. The last one is reflective, where it is truly this like feeling of if a person is using your product,. How do they feel about it and how do they want to be perceived by others?
