David Miscavich brought paper plates and magic markers to meetings. He would draw approximations of smiley faces on the plates, but he'd use a straight line instead of a grin for the mouth. The holding of the pie face would sometimes go on for days at a time during any and all interactions with David Miscavich. "He's sitting in a lap of total luxury as a God amongst his people and he is miserable"
