How to Set Yourself Up for Success With Goals

I think what most people do though is they set themselves up for failure with goals. They have the goal of running your sub three marathon or deadlifting 500 pounds and getting below 10% body fat. It's not about, you know, I want to be able to do 30 unbroken handstand pushups. But nobody gets excited about five times six unbroken. You need this big grand vision. This thing, it's going to get you up out of bed in the morning. And it's important to have that. In this case, it's the sub three hour marathon. Would that be? That's right. The sort of the wish and the hope. Yeah. Okay.
