The Effects of the Pandemic on Public Health
Laws certainly did change behaviour. But there were certain sections of society where behavior wasn't changed. And for example, testing wasn't particularly commonplace. People didn't want to have to book atest. They didn't necessarily want their covig recorded. So the policy only goes so far to change behavior. How long do you think it will be before pandemic turns up in your surgery? I would guess a decade if not too i mean.
