The Constitution of the United States
Congress had no right to my testimony under the separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution of the United States. The idea that you had FBI agents false ifying documents to gain warrants against individuals through the whole Russia collusion hoax grieves me. I was on the judiciary committee for for 12 years it grieved me the way so many Americans have lost confidence in the Justice Department. They could subpoena you though they certainly could right and but there are provisions of the Constitution that bear upon thisI'm told and I'll reflect very deeply on that okay we're out of time and I just want to finish Mr. President.
