How to Source Deals in the Real Estate Industry

I think this is where some of the inefficiency is in sub-institutional. We've done it maybe once or twice at the biggest level, but most of them are having a broker. As you move further down chain, things get a little more interesting. How do you source stuff? So we're almost entirely through the brokerage industry.
