Is TFA Teaching for the Test?
Olivia: TFA, even more so than the public school system, is designed to teach for the test. She says they apparently strongly encourage their teachers to base their classes big goals around standardized test scores. Olivia states that while the TFA teachers may have done all right according to the numbers, the difference between them and traditional teachers was relatively small.
