The Alley of the Kiss
Guanojuato is known for its narrow, twisting streets and alleyways. The Alley of the Kiss is so narrow that balconies on either side nearly touch overhead. Carmen's father wanted her to marry a rich man but she fell in love with Luis. Her family found out about their secret relationship and tried to stop them from being together. But they were too late; Luis was still holding her hand when she died.
