The Importance of Empowerment in Retooling
The best way to move the company forward is by doing the work yourself, he says. The impact that we have on the rest of retool goes up when it's a 95% decision made by other people rather than us making decisions ourselves. A big theme for me really is empowering people and hiring the right people. And so this is a very important thing to do with her own projects or whatever else.
