CHAPTER

Nonlinear Systems, You Know?

A nonlinear system is one where, you know, if you sort of double an input variable, then the output variable doesn't necessarily double. It's not kind of proportional to the change in the input variable. Sometimes it goes the other way; doubling something as it doesn't make it two or it doesn't makes it a half, it makes it five or seven or 10. And that's ultimately how for non linear systems, you can get. But there are certain systems where it's not just intrinsic uncertainty but deterministic flow due to Lorentz.
