How to Write a High Concept in a Drama?
I think there's this perception that high concept means just broad entertainment, whereas if you take like an indie drama, it's more like you can explore emotions or the lava as we talk about. It feels like you should be able to put all that personal writing lava into the big broad high concept as well so how do you balance that? I feel like even smaller stories are like indie dramas like there is an idea around there. The ones that you kind of you know classic books that you even think of Dostoevsky, it's in like there's ghosts in them Like they when you really like look at it and drill down there are these bigger heightened concepts in those smaller stories.
