In this explosive PART 2 episode of WEAPONIZED, UAP whistleblower Dylan Borland reveals specific details about the legacy programs and the extreme measures that are taken against potential whistleblowers. Borland was one of five witnesses to testify to Congress in early September, but there were limits on what he could say in an open hearing. Borland and others were kept in a bureaucratic netherworld where their secrecy was maintained through intimidation, excessive surveillance, death threats, and economic blackmail. They didn't want to stay but could not leave.
