Today’s guest is Nell McShane Wulfhart. She’s a decision coach, journalist, and writer, best known for her New York Times column “Carry On” as well as her writing for Travel + Leisure, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, The Wall Street Journal, her book The Great Stewardess Rebellion and for coining the term, “Decision coach” - which is a job she created for herself because she LOVED giving advice.

I love this, because so often, whether it’s therapy or coaching, the person you’re paying to help you, won’t tell you exactly what to do and honestly, after years of schooling and being parented, sometimes we just need clear direction to make SOME sort of movement in our lives. Sometimes I wish SOMEONE would tell me I have to do something, you know? SO! I found that person - Nell!
