Natasha: I wanted to go into healthcare to help people or to impact people. After going to business school after working in a bunch of different industries I realized that it was people and not necessarily about patients. And that's always been the common thread in every role that I've had so post MBA, you know when I worked in or cloud implementations like I do what that work was Like I didn't know what that work implementations were I learned it on job.
