What Is the Productivity of a Discovery?

Discovery can be used as a vehicle to help onboarding stakeholders or work out what's kind of too far to extremes. The real deliverable, so to speak, is what I call the shared pool of knowledge - we've built up this kind of team product culture that we can draw from. Everything you've, everything you sketched will have some intrinsic value. There'll be something that you've picked up on that has materialized itself through that little sketch or whatever thing you've produced.
