We Need a Rejuvenation of the Democracy
We need a rejuvenation of the democratic society. We have to acknowledge that our democracy is actually in pretty grave danger, and if we don't do anything about it, will be taken away from us. People are angry at the political system that is perceived to be letting them down. And whether they are right or wrong is irrelevant. Their feelings are dictating their votes. If we don't start solving some of these problems, we'll only have more protest votes or more apathy. Either one leaves the door open for an alternative to democracy to take over.
