I've just finished reading jenny murray's book called fat cow, fat chance. She essentially says that fat shaming is the only form of discrimination for which there is no penalty. But if you roll down your window and call somebody cow in the street, ain't nothing going to happen to you. I think that's the stigma, isn't it? I think. And because ofe science that backs that up is you can't change your sexuality,. but you can have an influence on er your weight. So i absolutely know what it's like to have someone comment on your waight in the street. And almost want to say, it's not my fault, because i genuinely am
