Rothbard says a constitution will not be able to keep the government limited. The political ends will always favor a broad or loose interpretation of the wording of the constitution serving to expand powers over the citizenry, he writes. Rothwart: We're just wrestling with because fear is ego based, right? Love would be more, i'll use the word spirit, but we'll just say our higher self based, more selfless, whereas fear is more selfish.
