I love the idea of journaling te students reflect in a formal way about some aspect of life when they enter, and similarly when they leave. We don't do this now, but i'm thinking about ways to implement it. To me, it's the students are the clay, but they are the potter also,. They 're the seramsis they get to mould themselves. I think that's i anto thing that's wonderful.
